Refund Policy

Made‑to‑Order Policy  

​

All items are made specifically for you when you place your order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size

  • Wrong color

  • Buyer’s remorse

​

Damaged, Misprinted, or Defective Items  

​

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error, we will replace it at no cost.  

​

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • A brief description

​

Printify does not require the item to be returned.

​

Wrong Item Received  

​

If you receive the wrong item, we’ll replace it immediately. Please send a photo of what you received.

​

Order Changes & Cancellations  

​

Orders can only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After production begins, changes are not possible.

​

Refunds  

​

Refunds are issued only if a replacement cannot be provided or if the product is unavailable.  

​

Refunds follow Printify’s system and may be issued to your original payment method or account balance depending on currency.

​

Non‑Returnable Items

  • All made‑to‑order products

  • Items damaged by the customer

  • Items returned without contacting us first
