THE POWER IN SILENCE.

If there is one thing I’ve learned, it is that silence can be a very powerful tool. Silence can keep the enemy on their toes. It can also make you face your doubts, fears, and thoughts, as well as foster mental clarity and strength. It can keep the enemy on their toes and make them worry about you 24/7. Since they worry about you, their own plans begin to falter and fall apart. Let’s look at the benefits of silence.
Uncertainty
Your enemies, and even your adversaries, thrive on information, secrets, and predictability. The information you provide can be used as ammunition to harm you. When you speak of your plans, the enemy will plan to stop you in every way imaginable. When your plans are hidden, the enemy will always be one to two steps behind you. They can’t anticipate your movements or next steps, which can lead to confusion and anxiety on their part.
Increased Vigilance
Silence can also help you gain mental clarity, wisdom, and strength by slowing down and really getting into your mind. Silence disconnects you from the world and brings more important things into focus.
Strategic
Staying silent helps you conserve resources and keeps your opponents guessing, giving you the advantage to strike unexpectedly when you decide to act. Not only that, but when you train and work in silence, it forces you to confront your own doubts, thoughts, and fears. You get the opportunity to conquer them and face them head-on without the noise, music, and other distractions.
Disruption of their Tactics
Enemies often use specific tactics to provoke reactions. Silence draws attention and emotional response away from what they want, making their strategies falter. Don't give the enemy the satisfaction by breaking your silence and saying something that you may regret. By doing this, you could mess up something you have.
Now, silence is great at certain times, but not all the time. There is a time when you have to speak up when you need help or when you want to express certain things that really bother you to the point where it becomes a burden. If you need to speak up or need help, do it and ask. Don't hesitate. It's important to know when to be silent and when not to.
